Villa Vuchev is guaranteed only to one group of guests

No matter whether you are booking just one room or you are arriving with a company of several people, the villa is all yours.

1 Room (2 guests) – 281 EUR room per night or 281 EUR for the whole villa.

2 Room (4 guests) – 219 EUR room per night or 438 EUR for the whole villa.

3 Room (6 guests) – 194 EUR room per night or 582 EUR for the whole villa.

4 Room (8 guests) – 169 EUR room per night or 676 EUR for the whole villa.

5 Room (10 guests) – 143 EUR room per night or 715 EUR for the whole villa.

6 Room (12 guests) – 138 EUR room per night or 828 EUR for the whole villa.

7 Room (14 guests) – 127 EUR room per night or 889 EUR for the whole villa.

8 Room (16 guests) – 122 EUR room per night or 976 EUR for the whole villa.

Organization of transfer from / to Sofia airport – a luxury bus to 8 people – 249 EUR towards

Principles of payment and cancellations:

• For bookings made less than 15 days before the start of the stay will be charged 100% of the amount at the time of booking.
  For booking made more than 15 days before the stay is required a deposit of 25% of the total amount. Payment of the balance must be made not later than 15 days before arrival.
  Not recover the full amounts in case of cancellations less than 10 days before the start
  Not recover the full amounts in case of cancellations less than 15 days before the beginning of your stay for holidays and New Year.
  No refund in the event of leaving the house earlier than planned.
  Methods of payment: major credit cards, bank transfers lev, cash and more.
  All prices are final. Using bank transfers, bank fees are paid by the originator.

Basic principles of hiring a villa Vuchev:

• Check-in after 14:00 Check-out to 11.00
  We have a limit of two people in each guest bedroom UNLESS it comes to a child under five years of age to share a double bed.
  Note on maximum occupancy of rooms , where children up to five years: When you hire a villa , to a child (aged 5 years ) can be accommodated in two rooms ( sharing a double bed) with two other people (parents or other children) .
  Maximum number is 16 adults (two per room) and one child (aged 5 years) accommodated in an extra two rooms sharing a double bed ( no extra charge ) , making a total of eighteen .
  Smoking is not permitted except in the dining room of the villa.
  The villa is not suitable for people with disabilities.
  Parking in front of the villa is guarded.
  Pets are prohibited.
  Pool depth is 1.2 m and unguarded.
  Eating in the rooms is not desirable.
